Diter Properties identifies, analyzes and selects potentially suitable and interesting properties for purchase and investment for later development. It purchases property complexes of a suitable size for potential conversion. The conversion process is carried out by planning and later implementing changes in the use of the property and/or current approach. The product created is land ready for building which is suitable for later construction or sale. Once the land has been converted, depending on its characteristics – residential, commercial or industrial – the group takes over for later development and construction.
